Co-Living Plan: This is a shared space residence for Professionals wanting a short or long-term stay.
Building: Four-story office & residential, mixed-use building managed by Woodard Associates Property Management as part of the three-building complex, which includes 15, 35, and 55 Railroad Row. The 2010 LEED-certified, high-performance building with solar-generated electricity and hot water features a loft-style contemporary design with high ceilings, excellent site lines, and natural light.
Village Setting: 35 Railroad Row faces Veterans Park and the White River and is one block from the Village which includes food stores, cafes, various shops, as well as theaters and yoga and integrative wellness centers.
Living Quarters:
- 6 private fully furnished bedroom suites ranging up to 400 square feet – with 3 able to accommodate double occupancy
- 3 semi-private full bathrooms (two apartments per bathroom) and a public half-bath
- The apartments are furnished with a bed, dresser, open frame closet, table/desk and chair
- 1-month minimum stay with up to 12-month lease agreements available
Community Common Space:
- Reception area off secured access elevator stop
- Lounge and balcony overlooking Veteran’s Park and the White River
- Kitchen (19 x 13 ft) with 3 refrigerators
- Dining Room (19 x 14 ft) with seating for 10 people

Monthly Rents & Standard Services:
- Monthly rent = $1,000 to $1,500 per private living suite (depending on size and location) for single occupancy, and an additional $200/mo is added to accommodate double occupancy
- Landlord provides HVAC and all property management services (insurance, taxes, repairs, grounds, etc.)
- Residents are responsible for cleaning, electricity & IT service via a 7% utility fee added to monthly rent
- Building security and access to the 3rd floor is controlled by a secure digital keypad
- Pets are not allowed
